Low Carb Keto Brownies
Ingredients

  • ½ tsp baking powder; I like Trader Joe’s
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract; I used Simply Organic
  • 8 tbsp butter, softened
  • 4 oz softened cream cheese; I like Philadelphia
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder or cacao powder
  • 2 oz chocolate chips; I use Lilly’s Dark Chocolate Chips
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar replacement; Swerve works best

  • 30 chocolate chips; I use Lilly’s Dark Chocolate Chips
