Gluten Steaks
Ingredients
  • 1 c crushed walnuts
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ c oats
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ cup yeast
  • 1 tbsp sal
  • 1 tbsp beef seasoning
  • pinch of vegeta
  • 2½ cup gluten flour
  • 1¾ cup of warm water
  • 10 cups boiling water
  • ⅓ c amino acids
Steps
  1. Get the 10 cups of water boiling with the amino acids
  2. Mix all dry ingredients and add warm water
  3. Mix well and shape into small balls
  4. Flatten balls and put in boiling water
  5. Boil for 45 minutes
