Whole Wheat No-Knead Bread
Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • ¼ teaspoon active dry or instant yeast
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole-wheat flour
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons salt
  •  
  • I also added 2 T sugar, 2 T oil, and ½ C each raisins and pumpkin seeds, and about 1 tsp cinnamon. It turned out beautifully.
