Ingredients
  • 500 g water
  • 300 g potato, peeled and cut into pieces (2 cm)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 100 g roasted unsalted peanuts
  • 1 tbsp peanut oil
  • 1 brown onion (approx. 180 g), cut into quarters
  • 100 g Massaman curry paste
  • 800 g beef rump steak, cut into strips (1 cm x 2.5 cm)
  • 250 g coconut cream
  • 10 g palm sugar
  • 30 g fish sauce
  • 15 g tamarind paste
  • 1 tsp Meat stock paste (see Tips)
  • 1 cinnamon quill
  • 2 fresh kaffir lime leaves
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves, torn into pieces, for garnishing
