Ingredients
  • SAUSAGE AND PEPPERS
  •  
  • 1 Green bell pepper, julienned
  • 1 Red bell pepper, julienned
  • 1 Orange bell pepper, julienned
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, julienned,
  • 1 Onion, julienned
  • 10 sausage link
  • 2 cups marinera sauce
  • 1 cup red wine
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 TBSP red pepper flakes
  • Fresh mozzarella- I like to use thick slices
  •  
  • Saute bell peppers and onions. Remove from heat.
  •  
  • In the same pan, brown sausage whole and then cut them at a diagonal and brown some more
  •  
  • Combine sausages and veggies. Mix well
  •  
  • Then add 2 cups of marinera sauce, 1 cup red wine, ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce, 1 TBSP red pepper flakes and bring this to a boil
  •  
  • Once boiling, turn off your heat and top with fresh mozzarella and bake at 450 for 20 mins
  •  
  • Enjoy as a baguette dip or over pasta
