  • 10 cups vegetable or chicken stock or broth
  • 1½ cups white wine
  • 1 (14-oz.) can petite diced tomatoes
  • 1 (14-oz.) can cannellini or other white beans, drained, rinsed
  • salt, freshly ground pepper, to taste
  • chopped fresh thyme leaves
  • chopped fresh parsley
