Cream, Chocolate and Salted Caramel Tart

  • 70 g sugar (3/8 cup)
  • 70 ml heavy cream (¼ cup)
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • pinch of salt
  • subheading: For the chocolate cream:
  • 500 ml heavy cream (2 cups)
  • 350 g dark chocolate (12 oz)
  • subheading: For the whipped cream:
  • 300 ml heavy cream, very cold (1 cup aprox)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Optional: unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting
