Blackberry Lavender Cake
Ingredients

  • 1 and ½ teaspoons lavender vanilla bourbon extract
  • 4 large eggs, at room temperature
  • Lavender Rich Syrup to soak cake when cooled.
  • subheading: Cream Cheese Buttercream and Filling:
  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 8 ounces full-fat cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 5 cups (660g) confectioners’ sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons (30ml) whole milk
  • 2 teaspoons lavender vanilla bourbon extract
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt ½ cup Lavender Cherry Lime Jelly 15 blackberries. Pulverize and strained. optional: purple food coloring blackberries for garnish
