Ingredients
  • 2.5 lbs chicken breast (s) (or tenderloins; thawed and drained) (enough for your family)
  • 29 oz tomato (s) (2-14.5 oz cans, diced)
  • 2 large onion (s) (sliced into large strips) (or 16-oz package frozen pearl onions)
  • 6 oz tomato paste
  • 3 splashes balsamic vinegar (or ¼ cup)
  • 2 tsp THM Super Sweet Blend
  • 1 cup chicken broth (or bone stock; THM Cookbook, pages 495 to 496) (can use water instead)
  • 1 handful nutritional yeast
  • ½ tsp mineral salt
  • 1.5 Tbsp Italian seasoning (fresh or dried)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (or 3 to 4 cloves, minced)
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 doonk THM Pure Stevia Extract Powder (1 to 2 doonks)
  • quinoa (or brown rice; cooked) (enough for your family)
