  • 1 tablespoon Liquid Barbecue Smoke®
  • 3 cups red potatoes, cubed
  • 6 ounces spinach, torn
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ¼ cup fresh mint, snipped
  • feta cheese
