Baked Lemon Cheesecake
Ingredients

  • Finely grated zest 4 lemons, juice 1
  • 50g plain flour

  • Icing sugar for dusting
  • 1 lemon, sliced into thin rounds

  • 20cm loose-bottomed cake tin
