Greek Meatballs with Kalamata Olives
Ingredients
  • 700g (24 oz) double-minced mutton or lamb
  • 70g ( 2,5 oz) Kalamata olives (finely chopped)
  • 4 tbsp fresh parsley (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp freshly grated black, red, white pepper mixture
  • 1 tsp fresh peppermint (finely chopped)
  • 200g (7 oz) goat butter, ghee or your favourite heat resistant frying fat
