  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt (such as Diamond Crystal)
  • 1 large egg, at room temperature
  • ⅓ cup/80 grams sour cream or whole-milk yogurt, plus more for serving
  • ¼ cup/57 grams unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 scallions, whites and greens thinly sliced, plus more for serving
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar (optional)
