  • ½ teaspoon mustard powder
  • Pinch garlic powder
  • Pinch cayenne
  • Kosher salt

  • 6 ounces American cheese, shredded (about 1 ½ cups)
  • 4 ounces sharp Cheddar, shredded (about 1 cup)
