Ingredients
  • 3 cups (360g) King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon table salt
  • 1 tablespoon King Arthur Pizza Dough Flavor, optional
  • 8 tablespoons (113g) unsalted butter, cut in pats
  • 1 cup (227g) yogurt, buttermilk, or sour cream (low-fat is fine)
  • 2 cups (340g) breakfast sausage, cooked and sliced (½" pieces)
  • 1 cup (113g) cheddar cheese, diced
