Honey Almond Fudge Cups (Vegan, Dairy & Gluten-Free)
Ingredients
  • 1 and ½ cups smooth almond butter
  • ¼ cup + 1 tbsp raw honey (use pure maple syrup for a Vegan option)
  • Pure vanilla extract - 1 tsp
  • Organic coconut oil, melted and then cooled to almost room temperature - ½ cup
  • Generous pinch of fine grain sea salt
  • Chopped raw almonds - ⅔ cup
  • Optional: Pinch more sea salt to top
