Ingredients
- 2# beef stew meat
- favorite rub
- 1 can mushrooms, drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 1 pkg brown gravy mix
- 1 pkg Lipton Onion Soup mix
- 1.5 cups water
Steps
- Place meat in a 9x13 pan and season with rub
- Pour mushrooms over top
- Thoroughly mix the mushroom soup, gravy mix, onion soup mix and water in a bowl. Pour over all.
- Cover tightly with foil (or put in slow cooker)
- Cook 350 for two hours (or 4 hours high or 8 hours low)
- Serve with mashed potatoes or rice
