Ingredients
  • 2# beef stew meat
  • favorite rub
  • 1 can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom
  • 1 pkg brown gravy mix
  • 1 pkg Lipton Onion Soup mix
  • 1.5 cups water
Steps
  1. Place meat in a 9x13 pan and season with rub
  2. Pour mushrooms over top
  3. Thoroughly mix the mushroom soup, gravy mix, onion soup mix and water in a bowl. Pour over all.
  4. Cover tightly with foil (or put in slow cooker)
  5. Cook 350 for two hours (or 4 hours high or 8 hours low)
  6. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice
