Christmas Prime Rib, Yorkshire Pudding & Sour Cream Horseradish Sauce
Ingredients

  • ½ cup pan drippings from roast prime rib of beef (beef juices and oil)*
  • note: If you do not have enough pan drippings, add melted butter.

  • ½ to ¾ of a cup of fresh horseradish
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise Hellmann’s
  • 4 Tbs chopped chives
