White Chocolate Peanut Butter Nut Clusters
Ingredients
  • note: ¼ C White Chocolate chips
  • note: 2 Tbs Natural Peanut Butter
  • note: ½ C Peanuts (salted)
  • note: ¼ C of Milk Chocolate chips
  • note: 1 tsp Coconut Oil
Steps
  1. - Mix the white chocolate chips and peanut butter together, put it in the microwave for 30 seconds until melted, stir until smooth.
  2. - Add the peanuts and mix.
  3. - Scoop a teaspoon size dollop onto a parchment paper lined pan.
  4. - Melt the milk chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave for 30 seconds and stir until smooth.
  5. - Drizzle the melted milk chocolate over the peanut clusters.
  6. - Put in the freezer for 45 minutes until set up.
  7. - Store in an airtight container or bag in the freezer refrigerator.
