Ingredients
- 1 28oz can of diced tomatoes
- 1 cup fresh cilantro
- ½ white onion
- 2 jalapeño peppers
- 2 serrano peppers
- note: 2 habanero peppers (for personal spice preference)
- 2tsp salt
- 2tsp ground black pepper
- 3tsp Tony Chachere's® Creole Seasoning
- 2tbsp minced garlic (from jar)
Steps
- Wash peppers, onion, and cilantro
- Roughly chop peppers, onion, and cilantro
- Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender (or a pitcher for a hand blender)
- Blend until desired consistency and serve!
- *Simmer in pot or heat in microwave for warm salsa
