Ingredients
  • 1 28oz can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro
  • ½ white onion
  • 2 jalapeño peppers
  • 2 serrano peppers
  • note: 2 habanero peppers (for personal spice preference)
  • 2tsp salt
  • 2tsp ground black pepper
  • 3tsp Tony Chachere's® Creole Seasoning
  • 2tbsp minced garlic (from jar)
Steps
  1. Wash peppers, onion, and cilantro
  2. Roughly chop peppers, onion, and cilantro
  3. Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender (or a pitcher for a hand blender)
  4. Blend until desired consistency and serve!
  5. *Simmer in pot or heat in microwave for warm salsa
