  • ¼ cup of "chicken" seasoning
  • 6 oz cooked gluten-free or regular spaghetti
  • 2 cups cooked chickpeas
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped fresh cilantro, to taste

  • 1 ⅓ cup of nutritional yeast
  • 3 Tbsp onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 ½ Tbsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • 2 tsp sea salt
