  • ΒΌ cup low sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic Chili paste optional
  • 8 cups vegetable broth or water
  • 3 large eggs cracked and whisked
  • 4 cups fresh spinach optional
  • 5 Scallions sliced
