  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh ginger
  • 1 small hot green chili, seeded and minced
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon white miso paste
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 ¼-inch piece fresh turmeric, grated (or ¼ teaspoon ground)
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
