Vegan Beet Burgers That Won'T Fall Apart On the Grill
Ingredients
  • 1 cup of whole oats ground into a course flour
  • ½ cup of breadcrumbs - gluten-free is desired
  • 1 15 ounce can of chickpeas drained and rinsed- reserve the bean juice (aquafaba)
  • 2 medium roasted beets
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons of Cajun seasoning - use as much or little as you like. It’s spicy.
  • ⅓ cup of aquafaba
  • Ground sea salt and black pepper to taste
