Tuna, Cheese, and Rice Casserole

  • 1 (7-ounce) can tuna
  • 1 to 1 ½ cups cooked frozen or canned peas, drained
  • 2 tablespoons diced pimento
  • Kosher salt , to taste
  • 4 cups hot  cooked rice
  • 1 cup fresh   breadcrumbs
