Ingredients
  • 1 (14 oz) can chickpeas (drained) or about 2 cups
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice (1 large lemon)
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons EVOO
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • Himalayan Salt to taste
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons water as needed or more oil
Steps
  1. Blend everything except the EVOO. Drizzle that in after running the food processer for a moment.
