Spicy Ginger and Lime Sauce
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice ( freshly squeezed; see note below on using limes)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive or avocado oil
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 splash soy sauce (amount is to taste)
  • 1 large garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped chili pepper, seeds included (use Thai chile or any pepper with medium-high heat and as many as you'd like)
  • 1 small handful cilantro leaves, roughly chopped, adjust to taste
