Spicy Stir-Fried Sugar Snap Peas with Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, and Sriracha
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. sugar snap peas
  • 2  T soy sauce (can use low-sodium soy sauce if you prefer)
  • 1 tsp. sesame seed oil
  • 1 tsp.  Sriracha sauce
  • 2 to 3 slices fresh ginger root
  • 2 large garlic cloves, sliced
  • 1 T peanut oil
  • 1 tsp. black sesame seeds or sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
