  • 1 (10 ounce block) Frozen Spinach (or 2 cups loose), or 3 cups chopped fresh spinach
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Sour Cream
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon Sea Salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese, 4 ounces shredded
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, shaved, shredded, or fresh grated
