Ultimate Summer Stir-Fry
Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup quinoa

  • 3 cups organic veggie stock (or water)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • subheading: Alkaline Teriyaki Sauce:
  • ½ cup gluten free tamari
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. fresh ginger, minced
  • subheading: Stir-Fry:
  • 1 bunch of broccolini or a small head of broccoli cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 celery stalk cut into chunks
  • 1 carrot cut into large slices
  • 1 head of baby bok choy
  • 1 small white onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1 handful chopped Thai basil (regular basil is fine too)
  • 1 handful chopped cilantro
