  • ½ cup cooked lentils, (I used canned brown lentils)
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter, (sub any other nut or seed butter)
  • 1 ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon liquid smoke
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 ½ cups vital wheat gluten
