Instant Pot Scrambled Eggs
- Quick scrambled eggs that I didn't have to stand over the cook-top and watch. 2 eggs, a splash of milk, a sprinkle of Cheddar Cheese, salt & pepper set to steam for 10 minutes. I cooked them in a very small stainless steel bowl. You could do them right in the bowl you want to eat them out of. Fluffy & moist.:
