A Tasty Turkish Recipe From The Middle East. Please Use Rice Bran Oil Instead Of Vegetable Oil Or Canola (they are bad for our health).
Ingredients
  • 2 cups zucchini, grated (about 2 large zucchini)
  • 2 cups carrots, grated (about 2 medium carrots)
  • ½ cup spring onion, finely sliced (green + white parts) sub: grated white onion
  • ½ cup fresh dill, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh mint, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 ¼ cups whole wheat flour
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil for frying (or other oil of your choice)
  • subheading: Serve with:
  • Plain yogurt (add crushed garlic for more flavor!)
  • Lemon wedges
