Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts, Balsamic
Ingredients
  • Brussels Sprouts, fresh - cut off ends and then into similar sizes (ie, into quarters)
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Balsamic Reduction (Alessi or other)
Steps
  1. Cut off ends of sprouts, then cut into similar sizes
  2. Drizzle a small amount of oil and balsamic vinegar, toss together
  3. Add sprouts to basket
  4. Set temp to 375, and time to 15 minutes
  5. Set function to ROTATE
  6. Check throughout for doneness - when finished, empty from basket into bowl and drizzle with the Balsamic Reduction to taste.
