Pimento Cheese Flatbread
Ingredients

  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 handful freshly grated cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1 to 2 cups chopped green leaf lettuce

  • 12  ounces  sharp white cheddar cheese freshly grated
  • 1  (4-ounce) jar of pimentos, drained
  • 4  ounces  ½ block cream cheese, softened
  • ½  cup  mayonnaise
  • ½  teaspoon  garlic powder
  • ½  teaspoon  onion powder
  • ¼  teaspoon  salt
  • ¼  teaspoon  pepper
