  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 (16-ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 ¼ cups water
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • Cooked basmati rice or naan, for serving
