Coquito meaning "Little Coconut" in Spanish is a traditional Christmas drink that originated in Puerto Rico. The coconut-based alcoholic beverage is similar to eggnog, sometimes being called the Puerto Rican Eggnog.

Ingredients
  • 1 Cans Evaporated Milk
  • 1 Can Cream of Coconut (Goya or Coco Lopez)
  • 2 Can Coconut Milk
  • 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 TSP Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Cinnamon Sticks
  • ½ TSP Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ Cup White Rum (Barcardi or Don Q) (add more if needed)
Steps
  1. Mix all ingredients and chill.
  2. Shake before serving and enjoy!
Notes
