Ingredients
  • ½ cup water/almond milk/coconut milk
  • 2tbsp almond flower (crushed almonds)
  • 2tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1tbsp flaxseed meal
  • 1tbsp chia seeds
  • Stevia sweetener
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½tsp vanilla extract
  •  
  • subheading: Extra Cool Things you can add:
  • Almond Joy: Coconut, Almonds, Chocolate chips
  • Butter & Cinnamon
  • Berries
  • Maple walnut - 1tsp maple syrup and 1tbsp chopped walnuts
  • Peanut Butter
  • Protein Powder
  • Canned pumpkin

  • subheading: Example 500 calories:
  • ¾ cup almond milk 30 calories
  • 1.5 tbsp chia 105 calories (perfect liquid ratio actually)
  • ¼ cup berries 30 calories = 165 now
  • ¼ cup walnuts 130 calories & ¼ cup almonds = 200 calories
  • =495 calories.
