Whole Grain Bread
It states 1/4 cup of flaxseed is equal to 6 tablespoons ground, and 1 1/2 cups splet flour to 1 cup of berries. I don’t know if it will work, but thought I’d give it a try.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup spelt berries
  • ¼ cup whole flax seeds
  • 1 ¾ cup room temperature water
  • 2 tablespoons softened grass-fed butter or ghee
  • 2 ⅓ cup organic unbleached all purpose flour
  • ¼ cup organic cane sugar
  • 2 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoons steel cut oats
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 3 ½ teaspoons active dry yeast
