Spiked Irish Brownies

I have been cooking since I was 5 years old and it has always been something I love to do when I have time. In Feb. 2016, our family decided to start trying to eat better and we're doing a mostly Paleo program. I am really enjoying trying and cooking new things. 1 cup Guinness® draught stout

1 cup Schnucks granulated sugar

3 cups Schnucks powdered sugar

½ cup plus 3 tbsp Schnucks unsalted butter, at room temperature

¼ cup Irish cream liqueur

subheading: FOR CHOCOLATE GLAZE:

1⅓ cups semi-sweet chocolate morsels

1 tbsp Irish whiskey

¾ cup Schnucks unsalted butter

1 tbsp Schnucks light corn syrup
