1 jar 12 ounces yellow chili peppers (and their liquid) Mezzetta brand is what I used

4 cups distilled white vinegar

4 cups water

2 tablespoons pickling spice

1 tablespoon granulated white sugar

1 teaspoons sea salt

1 teaspoon tumeric (optional) gives the pickled eggs a pretty yellow color!
