- 4tbs minced garlic
- 4tbs chili powder
- 2tbs Red Beards dry rub
- 2 to 3 tsp salt
- 2 large red onion
- 3 green bell peppers
- 3 cans of Rotel
- About 48 oz beef bone broth
- I also threw in some Red Beards jalapeño hot sauce
- Served with cheddar and sour cream on top
