Pecan-Crusted Cod with Mango Salsa

  • 1 pound cod fillets (or other mild flaky fish fillets)

  • ½ teaspoon dried cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
