Sausage and Peppers Rigatoni
Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 pound Italian sausage, casings removed
  • 3 medium bell peppers, diced
  • 1 medium yellow onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp. Tbsp. fresh oregano, chopped
  • 2 cans Contadina® Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes with Garlic
  • 1 can Contadina® Tomato Sauce
  • 1 pound rigatoni pasta
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 cups cups shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese, if baking
  • Grated parmesan cheese, fresh oregano and basil to serve
