  • 2 carrots finely chopped
  • 2 onions finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika
  • 3 sprigs of rosemary
  • 5 sprigs of thyme
  • 30 ml of soy sauce
