Cucumber Pineapple Mango Smoothie
Ingredients
  • 1 cup chopped English cucumber or Persian cucumber  or peeled and chopped standard
  • 1 handful baby spinach
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks or 1 ripe frozen banana
  • ice omit if using frozen fruit
