Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice

  • 1 cup non-dairy whipping cream (250ml) e.g. Schlagfix
  • 1 cup non-dairy mascarpone cream* (350g) e.g. Schlagfix
  • ½ cup powdered sugar (60g)
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • subheading: Strawberry Layer:
  • 200 g  strawberries
  • 1 to 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • subheading: Decoration:
  • 300 g strawberries
  • 50 g vegan white chocolate grated
