Beef stew - from IP FB group

  1. Made beef stew tonight. I love this pot so much. I use it several nights a week. This was done and ready to go in half hour.
  2. subheading: Recipes are always really hard for me because I just throw stuff together but here goes:
  3. On sauté I added a little olive oil, Chopped garlic, onion, & celery with the beef stew meat.
  4. Added spices. I personally add salt, pepper, adobo, 1 packet of sazon, & a chicken boulion. I fry that up a few minutes.
  5. Then I add whatever vegetables I have avaliable. This one has
  6. 1 can of corn
  7. 1 can of mixed veggies
  8. 1 can of green beans
  9. 1 can of carrots
  10. I can of stewed tomatoes (I personally prefer a can of rotel tomatoes but I was out)
  11. 1 cubed potato
  12. 1 can of beef gravy (I’m out of broth and had this in the cabinet ‍♀️)
  13. I add all the veggies (not drained) then add about ¼ cup of ketchup.
  14. Then cook on high pressure for 17 mins and quick release. Perfect
Notes
  • I think it could be even spicier
