  • 8 ounces neufchatel cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1⁄2 teaspoons strained lemon juice
  • 1 ⁄4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons graham crackers or 3 to 4 tablespoons Zwieback Toast Crumbs or 3 to 4 tablespoons crushed chocolate cookies or 3 to 4 tablespoons gingersnaps
