Ingredients
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled, deveined, tail off
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp white pepper
  • 1 tbsp tapioca starch (I like this brand)
  • 2 carrots, peeled and sliced on a bias
  • 4 stalks celery, sliced on a bias
  • 10 oz fresh snow peas, ends and strings peeled off
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 green onions, chopped on a bias
  • subheading: Sauce:
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp Shaoxing (Chinese cooking wine) or dry Sherry (I like this brand)
  • 1 tsp Lakanto® Classic Monk Fruit Sweetener
  • 1 tsp tapioca starch
  • ½ tsp white pepper
  • 2 tsp fish sauce
